NEW PROJECT PROTOTYPE
This is the first bash at a new type of project for me; painting wooden guitar cut-outs. This little one is made from particle board that was laying around out in the shed. It's not a good surface, so I won't be using this material. This is not the proper size either. I want them to be a good bit larger. This is just the beginning of the fun :-). I used acrylic paint mixed with gesso.

What size is it and what size do you want to do? Love the color pink. As a child you couldn't get me in anything pink. What happened. Oh yes here is one of the sites I told you about. http://schwartzart.blogspot.com/

It's about 7 inches tall, and about 3 inches at the widest point. I want to do about twice that size, maybe even larger. I tried the small piece to see if the material was any good. It's not though. I managed to get this piece painted, but it was certainly not an ideal painting surface. Hated to waste it though.
